Thunder +6 vs Jazz
I haven’t watched any of this series and I know the Jazz are up 2-1, but I don’t think Russell Westbrook is going to let his team lose this game. I’m following the zig-zag theory here even though it doesn’t really apply considering the Jazz took the two middle games. The zig-zag theory is as follows: The team that wins the first game of the series will win Games 1,3,5,7 and the team that loses will win Games 2,4,6. The Thunder won game won, but lost Games 2 and 3, so we’re adjusting the theory to make it match. I’m not even picking the Thunder to win, just lose by less than 6. I do think they can win this game if Paul George decides he wants to show up. Playoff P, as he has dubbed himself, did not have a great Game 3 and will look to bounce back tonight in Game 4. The Thunder need to limit the offensive rebounds of the Jazz. They allowed the Jazz to rebound 36.6% of their missed shots in Game 3. It’s tough to win many games when you can’t stop your opponent from getting second chance points. After a guard gets a triple-double against Russell Westbrook, the Thunder are 4-0 SU and 3-1 ATS; Ricky Rubio logged a triple-double in Game 3. I’m banking on the Thunder showing up tonight and playing the high quality basketball they are capable of. They may not win because Utah has looked great over the past two games, but I think they’ll keep the game close.
