Sticking with the AL and Interleague play today:
Bad pitching matchup, but the Orioles have the better bats. Manny Machado has been hot lately and will look to continue that into this game. Even with the bad matchup, both of these pitchers have had success against the opposing teams. Fiers has pitched well in Camden Yards against the Orioles, but he’s not the same pitcher he was even just a year ago. He’s allowing more hits, 21 in 17 innings to be exact. I’m not too worried about Tillman’s high ERA. I think he’ll start to get back on track and pitch well at home today.
Red Sox -1.5 (+115)
The Red Sox need to get their bats back on track and I think being at home after a road trip that included a no-no will help them out. Drew Pomeranz has had success against everyone in the Rays lineup except for Brad Miller. The offense for the Red Sox woke up a little yesterday and I expect more of the same tonight. Grabbing the Sox at +115 here is a huge value because they should win by more than 1 easily.
Indians -1.5 (-120)
Erasmo Ramirez has been lit up by the Indians over his career and Corey Kluber is on the mound for the Indians.
Reds-Twins o9 (-120)
Castillo vs Hughes, give me the over all day.
